Hi!
It's not specificly better to eat meat and fish, but it's recommended to have a natural and balanced diet. Supplements is not necesarry to achive the desired effect of exercise. Most often they have no effect and are also quite expensive. They can also have side-effect and there have been found illegal substances in some products ordered from foreign countries.
The body can also get creatine from vegeterian sources:
- Tempeh, tofu, and edamame
- Seitan
- Beans
- Lentils
- Peas
- Whole grains
- Nuts
- Seeds
- Textured vegetable protein (TVP)
