Thank you for your question. I understand this worry you. People are different. Some spend a lot of time daydreaming and kind of loose their connection to the world for a while. Daydreaming often consist of more nice thoughts, so if you feel in control and the thoughts do not bother you, I think everything is fine.
If your feeling of loosing connection to the world bothers you and your thoughts are dark and make you anxious, I would advice you to talk with someone that you trust. I dont know where you live but is there anyone you could share your thoughts with? If you live in Norway I would advice you to go to the nurse at school, or the doctor.
