The world feels surreal. What should I do?

It just randomly happens every now and then. It's really hard to explain, but it feels like the world around me is no longer real life (or, at the very least, I can't think of any convincing reason why it is real life). My connection to the "real world" just sort of fades out. I don't have panic attacks or anything like that, I don't do any kind of drugs (hallucinogenic or otherwise), and I'm never really all that stressed out. It just sort of...happens. And then, gradually, it will fade away and everything will go back to normal. Is this a good/bad thing? Is it anything to be worried about? Btw, im english.
