Jealousy in my relationship

I have realised I have a problem with jealousy in my relationship and I think it stems from me feeling like im not good enough for my gf and that she's going to leave me for someone else so whenever she is like very close or touchy with a guy I feel like she likes him more than me and is going to leave me for him and I feel like such an ass hole for having these jealous thoughts like why can't I just be ok with whatever she does cuz I know she loves me and I know she won't leave me but there's always this naging thought in the back of my head and im getting so sick and tired of i just want to not be like this anymore so my question is do you know what I can do to stop having these jealous thoughts and stop being insecure and not be afraid she's going to leave me the entire time

Remember that jealousy and suspicion can cause you to push your partner away. Talk about how you can make each other feel safe and give each other freedom in your relationship. Jealousy can be linked to your self-esteem and self-confidence. Try to strengthen your belief that you are good enough just the way you are. It's good that you know that jealousy can be a problem for you. At the same time, you should take your feelings seriously. It's not good to be anxious and worried.
