I am not able to get an orgasm.

The easiest way to get an orgasm is by stimulating the clit, like you do in the shower. In the shower the drops of water gives a hard stimulation on the clit, and the orgasm has a tendency to come pretty fast.

If you will learn to use a fingertip on the clit, it might give you a better feeling and the orgasm may prolong/lengthen in time.

Since you don`t speak Norwegian you can look at the pictures on this site, and see the location of the clit. You can look at your own clit in a mirror.

To get an orgasm you need to be sexual aroused. To get sexually aroused you can use yours imagination, be thinking of erotic or sexual situations. It is only thoughts in your own mind. Your mind is free. Nobody need to know whats`s on your mind.

When you are starting to get sexually aroused you will feel a good sensation in your sex. That`s when you can start the stimulation on the clit. Ypu can start with feather-light stimulation on the clit or around it.

If it is moist the feeling may improve. You can use saliva, or maybe oil to increase the moistness.

You can also get lubrication for free form the schoolnurse or at the Health care station for youth in your community.

You can practice when you have the time, and when there are nobody around to disturb you.
